Join this session to learn the fundamentals of networking online, whether you are currently looking for a new job, or planning ahead.
This session will cover:
- Creating a networking plan to expand your job search;
- Building your brand online to make a great impression;
- Strategies to building relationships in your new job, despite being a remote worker;
- Putting your plan into action to make professional connections; and
- Expanding your industry knowledge and network via informational interviewing.
Speaker: Ms Camilla Tam, Career Advisor & Learning & Development Manager at the Centre for Future-ready Graduates
Camilla is an experienced marketing professional and qualified career counsellor and coach who empowers individuals to achieve personal and professional success. With 14 years of experience in Marketing Insights & Strategy across the UK and Asia, she has worked with multiple companies in FMCG, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Consumer Banking and Public Health. In her 7 years at The Coca-Cola Company, she built winning brand strategies for multiple brands in the South-East Asian region and learnt first-hand the skills required to build professional relationships for career advancement. Now in her role at the NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates, she empowers undergraduates to develop core workplace skills and traits to succeed in their future careers.
